Acroyoga Workshop

Acroyoga is coming to The Art of Yoga THIS weekend! Acroyoga is a playful partner based practice that combines elements of acrobatics, yoga, and Thai massage. Columbus is very fortunate to have certified Acroyoga instructors here in town and two of the best, Carean Johnston and Jarred Keener, are leading this workshop! Whether you want to try Acroyoga for the first time, advance beyond the basics or maybe try to base/fly or switch it up, this is the perfect opportunity. You can pick and choose a session or attend all of the sessions. Of particular interest to most AOY students is Session 1 on Saturday, July 11, from 12:30-3:30pm. This Session, Acroyoga Beginner Basics is perfecting for learning the FUNdamentals of Acroyoga! Cultivate a new sense of body awareness and empowerment as you work with others in this 3 hour introductory class. You will learn proper technique, while building trust and confidence through solid communication in a safe, structured setting! We do encourage you to bring a friend, but NO partner OR experience is necessary! For more information check out the Facebook event listing —– >>>...
